We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- All included accessories, manuals, and parts must be returned.
- Products that show signs of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Used or damaged products not due to our error
- Gift cards and downloadable digital content
- Custom-labeled or personalized products

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or was shipped in error.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned item, we will:
- Inspect the condition of the product
- Approve or deny the refund request based on the return eligibility criteria
- Notify you via email regarding the result
This process typically takes 3–5 business days after receiving your return.
6. Refunds
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or offer a full refund.
9. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
