1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fee applies)
• Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $50
Note: Delivery time estimates exclude weekends and holidays.
3. Shipping Carrier
We use trusted national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection depends on your location and chosen delivery speed.
4. Tracking Information
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
• You can monitor your package status through the carrier’s tracking portal.
• If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing an order, please contact our support team.
5. Delivery Address
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
• Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned. We are not responsible for reshipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Delays & Exceptions
• While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the carrier’s hands.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
• We will investigate with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Backorders & Split Shipments
• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.
• You can choose to wait, receive a partial shipment, or cancel the order.
• There is no extra shipping charge for split shipments caused by backordered items.
9. International Shipping
• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only serve customers within the United States.
10. Order Modifications
• Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or order details.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order before it ships.
